Mental Health Nurse

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Nurse to provide specialized nursing care to individuals with mental health conditions. You will work closely with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to manage and treat mental health issues in hospitals, community settings, and private practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor mental health conditions.
• Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with psychiatrists and psychologists.
• Administer medication and therapeutic interventions.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to patients.
• Promote mental health awareness and education within the community.

Qualifications:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Mental Health Nurse.
• Postgraduate qualifications in Mental Health Nursing preferred.
• Experience in psychiatric care or community mental health.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
