Aged Care Support Worker

Job Description:
We are looking for dedicated Aged Care Support Workers to assist elderly clients in maintaining their independence and quality of life. This role involves providing personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily living activities in aged care homes or clients’ residences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with mobility, feeding, and medication reminders.
• Offer emotional support and companionship.
• Help with household tasks such as meal preparation and light cleaning.
• Ensure clients’ dignity and comfort at all times.

Qualifications:

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent.
• Experience working in aged care or home care.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid police check and working with vulnerable people clearance.
