Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description:
Agility Health is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team. As an RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a variety of healthcare settings, including hospitals, aged care facilities, and community clinics. You will assess, plan, and implement care plans while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care.
• Monitor and assess patients’ health conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and their families on health management.

Qualifications:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in hospital or clinical settings preferred.
